I'd like to thank all the
musicians that I've played music with over the years. I would especially
like to thank the musicians below for making my dream a reality. Working
in the studio with these people was a great experience that I'll always
treasure.

Don Ducharme, Ron
McMunn, Fred Ducharme |
The youngest
of my six brothers is Fred (far right). My father would be proud of his last
boy who has grown to be a fine entertainer who sings and does a fine job
playing drums, bass and rhythm guitar. Fred plays
drums on this CD and,
sings a duet with me on the CD, and sings all of the high background
harmonies. Thanks for all your help Fred.
My older brother Don (far left) was the one who
seeded my interest in Country Music when I was a child. Don has
also been involved in Country Music since an early age as a fine
singer, guitar player, entertainer and songwriter. The
selection on this album entitled "My Biggest Thrill is
You", is a Don Ducharme composition. What can I say
Don... Thank you. |

The youngest of my 33 year
old twin sons is Dale (by only six minutes, but....yes,
still the youngest). At the early age of 6 years, Dale
showed great interest in learning to play guitar and bass
guitar, to join into our family musical circle.
Dale has played with many groups around the Ottawa Valley such as
"The Nashville Palace Band", "UNWOUND", "Kodiak
Country", "Southern Justice" and "Straight
Goods" (with Chris
McCann). Dale also volunteers as a
Director/Web Administrator for the Ottawa Valley Country Music Hall of
Fame. When not playing music, Dale holds a full time job for the
Federal Government as an IT specialist, and runs his own company,
Ducharme Web Productions...(who do you think helped me with the
site!). Thanks for you help Dale...
Love..Dad. |
| Ralph’s
recording career began in 1964 at Rodeo Records.
His signature song, “Thanks for the Dance” was produced in
Nashville under the guidance of Dick Damron, a legendary Canadian
singer/songwriter from Alberta, and Ralph currently has 11 albums to his
credit. From his basement
recording studio, Carlsound Studios, Ralph formed the Snocan Recording
Studio in 1975 with partners, Ron Sparling and Dave Dennison.
The studio recorded the Valley’s finest country acts, among
them: Mac Beattie, Reg Hill, Ron McMunn and Terry Carisse.
Ralph played rhythm
guitar on my CD and
also lent his talents by sitting in the Producer's
chair. Thanks for all your help Ralph.
